We feel strongly about advocating for our residents and we feel we have built a culture around that belief. We keep a record of all medical appointments. We document any medication changes, monitoring, follow ups, equipment, and referrals that might be a result from the appointment. We schedule follow up appointments, monitor arrival of equipment and medications, and follow up on referrals. In addition to this we schedule annual, dental, and physical exams.
