FAQ

Do you take Medicaid?

Yes all of our Facilities are contracted with Medicaid and our resident population is 99% Medicaid. We will also consider individuals that want to pay privately for residential services.

Do you take seniors?

Yes, we care for residents of all ages, but we are not specifically a senior living community. Our residents’ range in age from 18 to 82 and will typically have a mental health, developmental or medical disability.

When can I move in?

We do have an interview process for potential residents. Because we have specialized environments, we don’t take everyone that qualifies. We try to select residents that we feel will thrive long term in our homes and become part of the community we create. The typical time frame for us to interview, accept and move a resident in can typically take 1-4 weeks depending on the individual and situation.

How much does it cost?

For Medicaid residents the daily rate is factor by DSHS. Most residents that have Medicaid services have to pay a monthly “Participation” that is factored by DSHS as well. For more specific information you will need to contact your DSHS case manager.

Can I have my own room?

Our facilities have primarily private rooms. Each facility does have a number of shared rooms, set up for 2 residents. This can be discussed prior to admission and will be based on availability and need.

How big are the facilities?

We prefer to build smaller communities, at this point, our facilities can accommodate between 20 – 40 residents depending on location.
