Unified Care Systems is a locally owned, family-operated provider of long-term residential care for adults living with persistent mental illness, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and individuals with physical or medical needs. If there is ever an issue or something I do not understand, I know I can go to my team/upper management and they will help to resolve and figure out the issue. No issue is ever too big or too small. We work on it together until it is resolved and understood by everyone, then we come up with a plan or process for the future.
