There has not been a day that has gone by in my 4.5 year tenure that I have not wanted to come to work. I have been motivated by great leaders who love what they do and want to share that with all of us. This company is really good at building you up and focusing on your strengths. There will be a spot for anyone who is bought in to what we are trying to achieve on a daily basis. I have loved every minute of working for this great company.

I have never worked in a place where I have felt so much support from all of those around me. If there is ever an issue or something I do not understand, I know I can go to my team/upper management and they will help to resolve and figure out the issue. No issue is ever too big or too small. We work on it together until it is resolved and understood by everyone, then we come up with a plan or process for the future.
