Unified Care is a locally owned, family-operated company providing long-term residential care for adults living with persistent mental illness, developmental/intellectual disabilities and individuals with physical or medical needs.

Our facilities are designed to offer more than supervision. They provide stability, structure, and a consistent environment where individuals can live with dignity and support.

Each of our facilities operates with dedicated staff assigned directly to that home. Residents build daily relationships with familiar caregivers, fostering trust and consistency. These two elements are essential in long-term mental health care.
We also invest intentionally in our employees because strong teams create strong homes. We provide reliable full-time schedules with guaranteed hours and bi-weekly pay, offering stability for our staff just as we strive to provide stability for our residents. Caregivers receive comprehensive in-house training, and we cover the cost of becoming a certified Home Care Aide (HCA). We also provide on-site skills and knowledge testing. We believe professional growth and high standards go hand in hand.
